This does have a downside (for the film) though - as often the film doesn't include all the plots that the book has. I guess that's the power and beauty of books though....Keep up the great work!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10642917266877516906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6190291191777753473.post-76731332472343726982014-04-28T18:07:07.494+01:002014-04-28T18:07:07.494+01:00pretty nice blog, following :)pretty nice blog, following :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6190291191777753473.post-34190878680986586532014-01-28T17:30:48.917+00:002014-01-28T17:30:48.917+00:00Hi Jon Biddle, I have never read any Terry Pratche...Hi Jon Biddle, I have never read any Terry Pratchett books, or the rangers apprentice, but I will keep the written down when I'm stuck for something to read. You would definitely enjoy those. The Ranger's Apprentice series are also really good. There's not a lot of humour in it, but Eragon by Christopher Paolini is wonderful. I'm sorry you're having a rough time in school at the moment - you've written your day so well ... that must be because you're a brilliant reader! I hope today is better than yesterday :o) There are lots of people that talk about being bullied years and years after it happened so for you to be doing this as it's happening is very bold & a great thing! Everyone I know that has bought an XBox for their kids regrets it - all it seems to do is cause arguments, tiredness and stops family fun!
I read every night to help me go to sleep and love it ... I escape into another world and any problems from the day are shoved out of the way - bliss!
I hope you've got a great book on the go at the moment that you can escape with :o)
Look forward to reading more of your blog,
FranFrances Conroyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17698756326442987284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6190291191777753473.post-31862324225069670392012-11-08T09:14:03.040+00:002012-11-08T09:14:03.040+00:00Your blog is great and very interesting. I think the bullies at your school are probably just envious of you because you are interested in different things to them and have been given attention because of your great blog. I hope you can rise above their behaviour and hopefully they will get bored soon and stop. I was bullied when I was a young schoolgirl so I know it's not easy to deal with and I wish you lots of luck. I also loved James Herriot's books. Also The Silver Sword about a boy who travel across Europe on his own during the second world war, and The Summer of My German Soldier about a girl in the American deep south who befriends a German prisoner of war. (must have got my love of war stories from my Dad.). Happy reading and good luck with the blog. Clairenoknittedknickershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17836706729342065636noreply@blogger.com
